Widgets

Surveys
The company may launch surveys to employees either directly when they open the application or as a notification within the surveys section.

Signings
The worker can record their hours by clocking in and out. They can also view their clock-in and clock-out history from previous days.

Absences
You can also request vacation days or absences and manage both clocking in and absence management in a unified manner.

Reservations
Employees may reserve common resources and/or spaces or rooms that are available to them for meetings or any other work-related activity.
Customized corporate design
Workfyer is a communication tool and a direct channel between the company and the employee, so it will be used daily by workers. That is why it is important that they perceive it as their own in terms of the image it conveys.
The app will have an app icon with the company logo, corporate color and background, as well as other elements such as icons and so on that will be adapted to the brand colors. The splash screen and login will be customized for the client. The colors or corporate color can be used as a gradient, and we can also add a background image with transparency.

Home
This screen is the main screen for accessing the app’s content via shortcuts. These include news and events, the employee portal, work groups, and chat.
At the top, you will also have access to notifications and your profile by clicking on your avatar photo, as well as access to the various widgets.
Employees will also have a virtual ID card accessible from this screen, which contains their details, avatar, and a QR code that can be used to reserve spaces and carry out other tasks.


Profile
Clicking on the avatar will take you to the profile, where you will find the employee’s details and can edit the app settings, edit their details such as department, position, or avatar image, as well as perform other tasks.
The public profile shows how other users will see them, where they can also see their work groups.
Notifications
In addition to the push notifications we receive on our phone’s home screen, we also have notifications within the app, divided into two types:
Activity:
This section will notify you of all social actions such as friend requests or activity on a group wall.
Alerts:
These notifications will be sent by the company itself to employees of a general nature. They can be filtered by audience from the CMS.

News and events
In this section, the company can communicate news or organized events to employees.
In the case of events, you can add them to your favorites and access the list of your favorites by clicking on the heart in the upper left corner.

Worker
Time tracking
The app allows you to clock in and track employee working hours. The data is sent directly to the CMS for internal management.
Reservation of common spaces and resources
If common spaces and/or resources are required, they can be reserved through the app itself, checking their availability.
Absences
From this section, employees can request both vacations and days of absence (illness, personal matters) and view the status of their request.


Working groups
This section allows employees to create different groups based on departments or topics.
This way, they can communicate through a common space and establish networks of contacts. This space will be the wall of the work groups, where they can upload files, leave comments, etc.
All of this is done through a timeline where all users belonging to the group can interact.
Chat and directory
The chat feature will allow app users to communicate with each other in an intuitive and simple way.
The user directory will allow you to search and filter among all app users. From here, you can also add people to your circle of contacts.

Surveys
Through the app, the company itself can send surveys to its employees to find out their opinion on any topics it deems appropriate.
These surveys can be sent in two different ways:
Directly on the Home screen, so they can be seen as soon as the app is opened, in the case of surveys that are of greater importance to the organization.
In their own section: “Surveys,” which can be accessed directly from the home screen or the app profile.

Ranking & training
These sections are designed to encourage employee participation in the company, as they are not mandatory in any way.
Ranking
This tool can be used to set goals to encourage healthy competition among employees. It can be used for financial purposes (sales ranking) or recreational purposes (company paddle tennis tournament ranking).
Documentation and training
In this section, the company can upload documentation that it believes will be useful for its employees. It will be uploaded as files organized by folders/categories. E.g., app user guide, welcome to the company, necessary training or dress code, documentation for each employee.




Management panel
On this platform, the HR, Development, and Talent department can manage all actions related to the people in your company.
Here, you can define the role, permissions, location, work style, working days, schedules, etc., necessary for each person. You can set up surveys, documentation for each employee, events, and more.
